There are apps like Find my Phone, however, these must be on the device before you loose it.
in order for GPS tracking to work, the phone needs a cell phone tracking app ALREADY installed on the phone before it was lost. if you failed to put this kind of app on the phone, then your screwed.
GPS needs to find the IEMI/ESN via the app installed.. without it, GPS aint gonna do nothing. sorry, file an insurance claim for a lost/stolen phone and call your carrier ro suspend service to prevent a $1000+ bill due to overages caused by the thieves.
